We are pleased to present the cuisine of Olivier Merton, our Martinique chef, who has taken the reins of cooking with passion and creativity. Its menu invites you to a unique culinary journey, combining fresh products from Martinique with flavors from elsewhere, for a memorable taste experience.
And that’s not all! Every day, enjoy our daily menu, a specially designed lunch formula that features tasty and varied dishes, carefully prepared from local and seasonal ingredients.
The KANAWA bar offers a varied menu of tapas, drinks, wines and exceptional rums.
Overlooking the Caribbean Sea, you can sip a cocktail and enjoy our chef’s tapas in a warm and intimate atmosphere. Don’t forget our "Happy Hour" from 17h to 18h every day!

Every morning from 7am to 9am, in the KANAWA room with the Diamant rock and the "femme couchée" as temoins, start your day on the right foot with a full breakfast buffet, consisting of pastries, breads, cereals, assorted charcuteries and cheeses, Eggs on request, fresh fruit, local jams and various drinks.
Reservation is required. Whether you are a resident of the hotel or not, you can enjoy breakfast with sea view.
